Hot Applied Thermoplactic Road Marking Material

TRMP is a high quality thermoplastic road marking material which has been developed by us with international technologies in India.

TRMP conforms to the requirements of BS 3262-1989 read with MORTH specification 803.4

It is a lumpy wet material in granular Powder form. On heating it forms a liquid layable paint which can be applied on concrete or Bitumen paved surface easily after application of Primer, wherever necessary.

It is available in diffrent colours viz white, yellow, blue, orange, green and black

Within 10 minutes of laying, vehicular traffic can be opened over it as it develops a hard wearing surface immediately.

It is most useful on common roads, garages, workshop floors, run ways etc. where waiting for curing time of the film cannot be accepted.

APPLICATION OFTRMP:

The material should be melted in a heater fitted with a mechanical stirrer to give a smooth consistency to the material and to avoid local over heating.

The molten mass should be used as expediously as possible.

The molten material should not be kept on heating for morthan 4 hours.

METHOD OF LAVING:

Surface Preparation : All surfaces to be marked shall be throughly cleaned of all dust, dirt, grease, Oil and all other foreign matters before application of TRMP.

On a cleaned surface of concrete as made, it is always advisable to use primer before applying TRMP.

Immediately after application of Primer wherever necessary or within 15 minutes from the time of application of Primer, marking should be carried out with molten mass of TRMP.

WARRANTY

TRMP is got manufactured as per standard specifications and is guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

CAUTION:

The normal workabletemperatureforTRMP is 1500Cto 2000C.

Servere painful burns may be caused if spillage takes place on human body. It is advisable to use protective clothing during handling of TRMP.
